You often ask us for an analysis of your business. Then we also ask for your company's name and basic information about its financial health. We verify facts in 48 hours, so we must have something to work on. Additionally, our website automatically saves technical data. This concerns your IP address, browser type, and time spent on specific subpages. We do this to know which articles on foreign expansion are most useful for you.

Why do we need your data?

The main reason is simple: we want to talk with you about your business. We use your email and phone to respond to your inquiry. Statistically, we do this in 2 hours and 15 minutes. Your data is also needed for us to prepare offers for a Discovery Workshop or an Investment Sprint. If you send us P&L reports or Pitch Decks, we use them exclusively for assessing your potential before VC funds. Specifics instead of theory requires us to work on your real numbers. We do not use your data for sending spam or unwanted offers. We respect your time as much as we respect our own.

We do this only when it is necessary to find a distributor or investor for you. In our 14-member team, only people directly involved in your project have access to your data.

Your rights and control over data

You have full control over what happens to your information. You can ask us to view your data at any time. You have the right to correct it if an error occurred. If you decide you no longer want to work with us, you can request your data to be removed from our database. You also have the right to transfer data or limit its processing. Just one short email to biuro@tatry-strategy.pl is enough. We will fulfill your request without unnecessary delay. We are here to support your growth, not to keep your data against your will. Honesty is the basis of every business relationship for us.

How long do we store information?

We store data for as long as necessary to achieve our common goals. If you sent an inquiry but we did not start cooperation, we will delete your data one year after the last contact. If you are our client and we closed a funding round together, we store data for the period required by tax and civil law regulations. This is usually 5 years from the end of the year in which we completed the project. Analytical data from cookies is usually deleted automatically after several months. We operate in accordance with Polish law and GDPR standards, ensuring that nothing hangs in our systems without a clear need.

Security of your information

We apply proven technical security. Our site has an SSL certificate that encrypts data sent through forms. Access to our computers and systems is protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication. Our base in Zakopane at 14 Krupówki St is properly secured.
